Hello my name is Jamie Jackson. I am a Speech-Language Pathologist at Ooltewah Elementary School. This is my second year at OES and I have loved every minute of it! I am so happy to be with the OES family and have greatly enjoyed working with the wonderful staff and students that are part of this school.

I have been married for 14 years to my wonderful husband and we have 3 children. Our 2 boys attend middle school and our daughter attends OES as a 5th grader. I originally discovered the SLP career because my middle son attended speech therapy for several years. There was nothing better than the look on his face the day he graduated! This inspired me to want to help students achieve their goals too.

As a non-traditional student, being married and a mother of 3, I went on to earn a dual Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology in 2012 and a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2016. I am currently working on earning a Doctorate in Education emphasizing in Special Education.

I look forward to working with the OES family for many years to come!!
